   Customer need to select the site that is best for them. Traders have requirements in a site, while investors have other requirements.

   Read the 2009 Barron’s review of on-line brokers.
   Best for newbies;
   Schwab
   Fidelity
   24 hour service. people that can answer your “newbie” questions.
   E-Trade. . . not great.
   Ameritrade, good.
   Scottrade, better for more experianced traders.
