There is a Japanese stock market I want to buy, but is listed as an OTC. I wonder how to buy it. Thank you.

This will sound stupid, but it is a market as "OTC" to OTC stocks.
Finding a market maker for the stock. This forum and Pink Sheets stocks may be purchased in some cases, on an exchange.
Open an account with Scottrade. Everything is sold OTC nad
